Implementation of the business incubation program as an effort to accelerate the improvement of the quality of human resources in small and medium industries

This research was conducted with the aim of improving and strengthening quality existing Human Resources in developing Small Medium Industries (IKM), namely batik industry Jatipelem Village, Diwek District, Jombang Regency. uses a qualitative approach case study method. The main problems found this are absence special design characteristics for batik, lack understanding concept organizational management, capital SMEs, role associations is not optimal, digital sales optimal. results show that training mentoring programs needed order to improve human resources, which include product training, management Business Model Canvas (BMC) IKM financial marketing training.
